Our Positions:
In-House Software Administrator / Dispatcher
What You’ll Do
As our Software Administrator / Dispatcher, you’ll help keep our office and field teams connected and efficient by:
Software Administration
- Manage and maintain scheduling/CRM/dispatch software
- Set up new users, roles, and workflows
- Troubleshoot software challenges and support team use of systems
- Help optimize daily processes through software tools
Dispatching
- Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on priorities and availability
- Coordinate routes and communicate with techs throughout the day
- Update job status, customer notes, and appointment details in our system
- Assist with follow-ups and customer communication to ensure satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Strong tech skills with ability to learn and manage software tools quickly
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and internal messaging)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
- Previous experience with CRM/dispatch tools (experience with service industry software like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc. is a plus)
